Weekly rates are based on rentals of six (6) or seven (7) consecutive days on the same island. Additional days will revert to daily rates.
Renters will be responsible for all charges directly to the rental station. Rates do not include the Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% (Neighbor Island) or 4.712% (Oahu), the Airport Concession Recovery Fee (11.11% on Oahu or 8.1% on Neighbor Islands), the Vehicle Licensing Fee (from $.26 to $.75 per day), the Hawaii State Vehicle Rental (Highway) Surcharge of $3.00 per rental day, and the Customer Facility Fee ($1 per day). All charges are subject to change without notice.
Gasoline, the optional protection coverage, including Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), Personal Protection Plan (PPP), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) and Uninsured Motorist Protection (UMP), upgrades, overtime and drop charges, under-age and/or additional driver charges, along with the applicable tax (4.166% or 4.712%), are additional and will also be collected directly from the renter at the time of rental. Overtime is calculated on a 24-hour day for each rental agreement.
When making reservations, be sure to identify the K.K. Bed & Bath's unique Corporate Discount number HI3952. There are two ways to make a reservation:

1) Print these instructions first
2) Go to the Reservations page on the Dollar web page (www.dollar.com). 3) Enter your information, fill in the Corporate Discount number with HI3952 and click on GET RATES. Pick-up location codes - Lihue, Kauai: LIH; Honolulu, Oahu: HNL; Kahului, Maui: OGG; Kona, Big Island: KOA; Hilo, Big Island: ITO. 4) Go through the remaining steps to reserve your car. 5) You will receive a confirmation number, but you won't be charged. Dollar will get your credit card information when you arrive on-island to pick up your car. |
